Lock wasn't set up for entry, waited an hour for owner to respond & activate.
Towels were folded and put away wet, actually sitting wet on the shelf when we arrived. Pillow cases were also put on pillows wet, so they smelled of mildew (as did the bedding throughout).
No support or compensation from owner, just blamed housekeeper and shrugged off delayed entry.
Great location, but kind of gross and frustrating.
