Beautiful unique and high-quality apartment located right in the center of Girona. The entrance is on Carrer de Santa Clara, next to the beautiful and famous square Plaça de la Independencia.The living room and kitchen open onto a spacious terrace that overlooks a courtyard garden bordering the Onyar River. You can enjoy the morning sun on this quiet terrace.The apartment has recently been completely renovated with great attention to detail and quality. It is spacious, has classically high ceilings and is equipped with all modern comforts.



The beautiful apartment is located on the first floor, 'entresol' as they say in Catalonia, of a classic building around the corner from Placa de la Independencia.Via the wide staircase in the monumental stairwell, you enter the spacious hall. On the right, the hall gives access to the living room and the very spacious kitchen. On the left are the two bedrooms, and there is a spacious and literally sparkling bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.The two bedrooms are very spacious, and the master bedroom has a truly beautiful en suite bathroom. The designer bathroom, with high-quality tiling, is very spacious and has a shower, sink and toilet.The master bedroom has a double bed that cannot be split into two single beds. And the second bedroom has a double bed that can be separated in two single beds.The living room has a comfortable sofa and there is a wide screen TV.The large kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and there is a spacious dining table for 6 persons.Living room and kitchen both open onto the spacious terrace that overlooks the courtyard garden.On the terrace you will find a special laundry room with washing machine.
Notes:
The apartment is located in the centre of the historic district, where access by car is difficult and parking is not possible. You are not able to get to the front of the apartment with a car if you are not a resident with a license. There are parking options, paid and free, about a five minutes’ walk away.The apartment is on the first floor (entresol) of a historic building without a lift.



A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included on the price.
