"Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). "Not worth going, we slept in a mould smelling room, we asked others that we’re staying they said there’s was also smelling. the toilet and bathroom was not cleaned at all, shower had no window so the water went everywhere with a puddle in the bathroom as the water wasn’t going through pipes. We had stains on our pillows and towels . No proper lighting the room was dark and no air conditioning was working. Not worth your money."

"It was worst experience ever. When I reached there, the facility was closed. I contacted the owner. He said that the facility has been closed for more than a year. I was shocked and did not know what to do. Finally i left the city and travelled to another city and stayed with a friend. They informed me that hotel.com will return my money.
