"The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "

"Everything was lovely. I understand the difference in culture about tattoos. I’d say the only disappointment was not being able to utilize the spa and pool because of my tattoos. The food at the hotel was amazing and the rooms were some of the best I’ve ever seen. "

"In all of my 50 years, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel! The customer service was IMPECCABLE! We were met outside by Staff, escorted to check-in, and served tea during our checkin. Also, the view is to die for! My complaints: 1. No room service 2. “To go” is not permitted from restaurants 3. The same items are served in the club lounge "
