"Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna."

"Matera was our first stop on our Italy Trip. This property is spacious, well located in the center with spectacular views across the old town. Parking is near by, we paid 25 euros for each 24 hours, so 50 euros total, which was easy walk with case and no steps, which was ideal for us. Restaurant right next door done a fantastic breakfast and lunch salad which was reasonably priced. There are lots of places to eat around Matera so eating out was not a problem. "Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets."

"View to Matera from the balcony was amazing. The property has no air conditioning and it was 40C/100F while we were there so it was warm. There were two fans and the lower bedroom was cool enough to sleep. Location was great for walking anywhere. Matera is beautiful and amazing, but I would avoid June through August in future."

"House was beautiful and clean but not very “homey” or comfy. There was outdoor seating (metal chairs) to fit our large family. But no indoor sitting space No couches or comfortable chairs to spend time together inside. No living room. Just a kitchen with table and metal bar type chairs. Kitchen very sparsely furnished a few old pans - not great to cool a meal. Listing said there was a hot tub and living room, grill , and washing machine. . But none there. There was a sports court....

Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...
