"We stayed at this magnificent property for 1 week in November 2024 and truly enjoyed every minute. As many of the other reviews already mention the location is fantastic and perfect for some time to disconnect, relax and explore. Our favorite was the amazing views to Nevis and the mornings, just when the sun rises and make this place magical. Turtle Beach was not for us and we didn't snorkel or hang out there, we preferred Cockleshell beach as the beach is wider, water better suited for kids...

"Amazing Family Vacation! Wow! All would could say pulling up to Rick and Penny’s property. Views are stunning! Looked exactly as pictured in the listing. What an amazing 8 nights at the Ocean Song Villa! My wife and I along with our three kids (ages 9-17) loved our week on the island. Rick and Penny provided a handbook of instructions from getting a rental car on the island to groceries, restaurants, excursions, beaches, etc. Franklyn, property manager, was there to greet us at the property...

"My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was a birthday present to me and it will definitely rank up there as one of my all time favorites. The home was clean, well appointed and wonderfully secluded and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the crazy monkeys swing from the trees and taking care of the sweet tabby cat, TC. "This was our first visit to Nevis was it was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about the island, the people, the food, and especially this house. What a find! The location was awesome - a nice quiet area with the beach as the backyard. The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty big for our family of six. The screened in porch and pool were lifesavers as we visited during the "hot" season. We loved our "visitors" every day - from goats to sheep to donkeys grazing next door. Many thanks...

"My husband and I went for a week, first time on St. Kitts. The Island is beautiful and Seas the Moment is too. I wasn’t familiar with the Island or exactly where we were in relation to the restaurants, beaches, etc. I am so thankful that we stayed on the Southeast side out of town. The best beaches are on this end, several restaurants to choose from as well. We would go have breakfast, sightseeing, relax on the beach or float in the ocean. It was extremely nice at the end of the day to go back...

"This vacation was absolutely perfect. Nevis is a beautiful island unspoiled by all the touristy influences. The restaurant's that we visited were all unique and offered some of the best lobster I have had. Highly recommend Drift, Bananas and the pre-set menu at Montpelier. "If you are looking for a secluded, gorgeous, well-managed property, the Koi Villa is the place. Keneshia and Larissa are amazing! Day or night, large or or small requests, they responded in minutes and always with a smile. Their professionalism and willingnes to assist helped are second to none. "We had a great time at Tree Frogs. Anna was a very responsive host. Upon arriving, two of the three a/c units in the bedroom were not working, but the house manager Patterson stopped by and had a repair tech out quickly. I would recommend using What’s App for communication in the islands as it seemed most of the locals use that instead of traditional cell service. . The island is beautiful and the locals are very friendly. Having a beautiful pool in the heat of summer was fantastic."

"The villa is well appointed with a pool and veranda with amazing views to enjoy meals outside or just relax and get into the Caribbean lifestyle. The host, Arlene, responded very quickly to queries and provided lots of useful information about places to eat and visit. "Bananaquit house a great view of the sunset from the screened in porch and is right on an excellent beach. There is also a pool available connected to the beach bar which does an excellent shawarma for lunch. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything needed during our stay."

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "
