The expensive room we booked had a view of a construction site and not the view of the ocean and blue waters we were promised. After complaining we were moved to a smaller/cheaper room. No refund was given on the difference but 2 spa vouchers were. The spa was not good would have rather preferred a refund. "Absolutely beautiful spot with snorkeling right at the beach. Wonderful and helpful staff always with a smile and so welcoming. A secluded portion of the beach and adult only. Very peaceful, quite a wonderful restaurant and breakfast included. Food and restaurant staff also so friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. "
