"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, situated near Senggigi’s food area and conveniently close to the Gilis. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. The beach itself was spotless, with beautiful blue water, and the long, well-maintained pool by the beach was perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick to recognize guests, which made the experience even more welcoming. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a buffet-style setup with excellent local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Although we initially experienced some inconvenience due to renovations near our room, the issue was handled wonderfully. After reporting it, the hotel manager personally addressed the situation, explained it kindly, and offered us an upgrade to a quieter and much, much better room, which we absolutely loved. This thoughtful gesture significantly improved our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and great location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely come back again. 5/5 experience!"

"BASK...for the moment you walk in, it put a smile in your face. It was so good that we had to extend our stay. The villa, food, location & service were excellent. For what we could see, it was one of the best properties in Gili Meno. I woke up 5:30 am, get my gear and I was snorkelling at underwater statues just myself before the boats arrived 6:15 am. So convenience that I could snorkelling in front of my villa and guarantee see a sea turtle and the beautiful marine life. Treat yourselves with a in room massage, get into the pool later and appreciate a sunset with nice cocktails. Few steps from your villa, you head to a nice dinner experience. If you need anything, send them a WhatsApp message and before you blink, your request will be at your door step. The service was outstanding. Staff went above and beyond to meet our requirements. Fandi, Yakub, Will and forgive me if I forgot anyone. You were all fabulous. You want to leave this beautiful place conveniently, please book their boat back to Gili T. Hassle free. "Very nice hotel, nice poolarea. Good food. The beach on this side is not so good for swimming (many corals) so you need to rent a bike and go to the otherside if you like to swim in the ocean. But a really nice place to stay if you want it quiet."
