"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue...

"Lovely property and superb staff but the air con in the room was inefficient , the owners must have been aware of this as there were portable fans in the room. There was also no working TV in my room, staff tried their best but could not get it working. On the second day there was a power outage on the island so all the hotels had problems but the issues above were there from day one. Fix the air con and internet and this place would be perfect."

"Friendly staff, Very Good AC, No fan, comfy bed. Little outdated but very good for money. However beware there is a mosque right near the homestay and they start call to prayer at around 4am. Rent bikes and snorkels from elsewhere as they are both not in good condition."

"This place has the best energy. We stayed for 9 days and absolutely loved it! Very comfortable and has everything you need. The best part is the staff and owners. They go out of their way to take care of you and make a friend with you. Will do anything you need, just ask them. Great people, played guitar in the evenings. Was sad to leave! "Nice private villas in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the north and west side of the island with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Staff here very friendly and helpulful. Earplugs a requirment (provided at the villa) for the very early morning call to prayer from the Mosque. I am sure this will aplly to any accomodation on the island. All in all the villas and island were a great place to stay and would have gladly done more time here. "
