"The immediate vicinity of the hotel was unexpected. In spite of that, we loved everything about it. The owner and his wife checked us in and could not have been nicer. The room was clean with a large walk-in closet and refrigerator. The best part of our visit was Terrance! He was the young man running the breakfast service the following morning! "This Hotel is just outside of Ettringen and Mayen, just down the road from Schloss Bursheim. It sits next to a National forest so the scene is quite lovely and peaceful. The staff were quite friendly and accommodating within the boundaries of the Covid 19 rules. I would stay here again. "

"This was a quick stay and the room served a purpose, no tea or coffee making facilities however there is a drinks and snack machine in the car park for treats if you need them. It’s not my usual kind of accommodation but I was with my some to drive the Nürburg Ring so we didn’t need anything fancy. It was clean and worked for what we needed."
