Les hôtes sont charmants, multilingue Hébreux, Français Anglais,, Flamand, ils nous ont paramétré nos recherches sur Waze pour que nous puissions arriver sur les lieux à visiter sans souci. "We came at 6:15 pm when confirmation letter said check-in is till 7 PM. NOBODY was there, reception locked with a sign OPEN. Tried to find anybody, no luck. Booked another hotel and went there. Need our money back. El Mul must let people know that they are a kibutz, not a hotel. That makes a slight difference. Other kibutzim are stating that in their title."

"This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet. The host was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area."

" AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is not a hotel, this is a 1-star hostel at hotel prices. Two critical points: 1.) The hotel had a full on cockroach infestation. "Our host went out of his way to help us. He even helped to park my car in the narrow street near the guesthouse. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options: omelettes, yogurt with different nuts and an assortment of items to add to it. The host respected our privacy. I would not hesitate to return. "

"We arrived to find no one in Reception at 5pm, and only a number to call. Annoying after a 3 hour trip. There was no working wifi, although they said they had it, and only a cold shower. Torture. Very simple room. Two beds, nowhere to put our things - no closet, no shelving. For $200 a night that's not acceptable. "
