"I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here in the future. The hotel is always very clean and staff is friendly and motivated. Pool area is nice but the hot tub is never open. They have a really good breakfast. The only problem with this place is it is fairly outdated and there is always homless people and drug addicts wandering around the parking lot"

"Property was very clean and comfortable, everything seemed new. I understand they renovated sometime in the last year or two but the place seemed like it just opened. The staff were great, Hailey at the front was very helpful in recommending local activities. The bar at the desk was super convenient, the hot breakfast was good and there were many food options. Bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as plenty of shopping for necessities, and Virginia has lots of outdoor activities. Beautiful city, great hotel, will definitely stay again! "

"We rented this home the past weekend for an early Easter celebration. We had 7 adults and a 1 1/2 year old child that stayed at the house. My parents, who live 3 miles away, came to visit. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. The host was very responsive. Very close to Giants Ridge. It was nice that they had a secure baby gate in the house but note, if you have young children the outside area was a little hard. That being said, it is early spring. Would definitely rent this home again."
