"We have used VRBO for over ten years and have experienced many stays around the Phoenix area. Unfortunately, this was not one of the better ones. The location of the property was terrible due to traffic and construction - so much so that it interfered with our sleep throughout the whole stay and forced us to leave early. We did not expect to have pickup trucks and 18-wheelers going behind the house starting at 4:00 in the morning! We were also given the wrong code for the gate and that made the checkin process a mess - not good for us especially after a long drive to get here. It was eventually sorted out, but it took over three hours which was completely unnecessary. The worn out patio furniture in the back yard and lack of any landscaping was not amenable to spending any time there, which is usually a highlight in Arizona. The lack of cable tv was something else we did not enjoy. Perhaps this place will be better once construction is finished, but at present we cannot recommend it due to these reasons."

"We enjoyed staying at this property over our spring break holiday. Knowing that weather can sometimes be cool, we selected this property primary because of the heated pool. We really enjoyed doing an activity in the morning and then hanging out at the pool in the afternoon. We enjoyed the Desert Botanical Gardens, Pop Stroke (Glendale), the Wildlife World Zoo and lunch at the. Angry Crab Shack. We even did a day trip / Pink Jeep Tour up in Sedona. A special call out to Kerry and people at Host UP for their very prompt and first class attentiveness when we reached out to them. "

"The property is just as advertised and even better! Very impressed with furniture as we are seniors and usually rentals have uncomfortable furniture! There is everything in the house you would ever need to feel like home! Immaculately clean! The outside area is just beautiful!!! Lori, the host, is extremely responsive and helpful for every question you may have. Definitely don’t hesitate to book this house! You won’t be disappointed!"
