In the neighborhood of La Arena, on the wall of San Lorenzo, you will be 5 minutes from the Plazuela, Paseo de Begoña and Corrida street.

The Urquijo Playa has a double room with a built-in wardrobe and a room with 2 comfortable bunk beds. The kitchen is new and is equipped with fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave and ceramic hob and you have all the household items with glasses, plates, cutlery, pans and pots.

The living room is spacious and has a sofa bed and flat screen TV and a dining table for 6 people.

The apartment has been recently renovated and has a modern design. It is exterior with 2 windows that overlook Urquijo street.

Best of all, you will not use the car to visit Gijón.
