The tourist apartment LAS TERRAZAS DE GÜELI is the ideal place to spend a holiday in Gijón: it has everything you need: garage space a few meters away, views of the marina and Cimadevilla, sleeps 6 (double room, twin room and double sofa-bed in the living room), WiFi, 65" SmartTV, equipped and complete kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces, each one better with a radiant sun, with indoor and outdoor dining, hammocks, etc... It is in the center of Cimadevilla, and it is newly reformed.

Access to the two private terraces, one with stoneware and the other with an artificial garden with its corresponding hammock area and dining area.

Fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances and extensive and renovated kitchenware.

No parties of any kind are allowed, neither of course bachelor parties or binge drinking. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces, never inside the apartment. It is an apartment to enjoy and rest.

The citizen charisma of Gijón is lived twice in one of its neighborhoods with more essence. Cimadevilla has always had, and still retains, a popular air, witness and protagonist of the most important historical events in the city. The original winds of Gijón can still be seen on the facades and streets, as well as in an exceptional atmosphere, always unique, that comes from yesteryear and is full of stories of fishing, family treatment and worldliness in its thousand cider houses.

The ideal way to get around is to walk. It is close to everything in the area. There are restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, small shops, ice cream parlors, etc... The other option, and of course taking into account the wonderful parking space available, is to get around in your own vehicle. There are also bus stops less than 400 meters away and a taxi rank about 250 meters away.
