"Wonderful indoor/outdoor spaces for our group of nine. The house has beautiful details from the floor tiles to the artwork throughout every room. The views are spectacular and change with the weather patterns. Best of all were Rodica and Michael, the caretakers who were unobtrusive yet available for everything from driving us into nearby towns to preparing 5-star meals. A perfect place to enjoy the Amalfi coast without being in the tourist mob. It was a memorable and special experience. "

"Villa Principessa is a fantastic villa with a great staff! A huge gift basket with local fruits, a white and red wine from their own production and many snacks, including pasta, as well as coffee capsules, sweetened our arrival. "Excellent location in Praiano -steps below the beautiful church, with a wonderful view of Positano. Lovely little restaurant up on the main road, easy to take buses to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to take a boat tour to Capri from the Praiano Beach. Bedrooms overlooking the Mediterranean!. "The villa was lovely and perfect for 3 couples plus a 2-year-old. The views from the villa were amazing and it was especially nice to be so close to the Praiano beach. We just had to go down a series of steps and we were on the beach with access to several great restaurants, boat taxis and kayak rentals (one day before the season closed).
