"Family ski trip. The accommodation is beautiful the apartments are comfy and cosy. The spa is great after a days skiing. We took advantage of the in-house catering which was great after a days skiing."

"Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. "Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"Modern, clean, comfortable. 10 min walk to Rochebrune ski area, shuttle bus runs every 20 mins to the centre. It stops around 730pm so you need to walk back but it's a lovely walk. Supermarket is in town so if you don't have a car, make sure you time it with the shuttle bus. Great comms with host."

"Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you."

"No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. Despite being told we could park anywhere in the covered parking we still had a note left on our car asking us to remove it - some better organisation would be good "
