"Perfect location easy to get to the ski lifts, restaurants etc. The apartment itself was not very clean, and extremely small for the 6 people we were told we could book for. There was no door between the lounge where the sofa bed was situated and the rest of the apartment. Staff were great getting us items requested, but was a bit annoying at the amount of things we needed to request, we had no cutlery, glasses and other simple things you’d expect in an apartment. "

"After a shaky start at check in and a mix up with our reservation our stay was great. Reception staff very helpful. Close to gondola with access to various slopes. Room was fine with well equipped kitchen etc. water a little cold in the spa swimming pool but overall would definitely recommend this hotel. "

It's not luxurious, as it is also used by students, and I only spoke to the reception for the first time on my final day. "Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."
