overall good for the price
Nice little flat , very clean , with a double bed and a sleep sofa for 2 persons . Shower is in bedroom . Location is central , in the morning after 8am a bit noisy due to bus traffic . Kitchen only sparsely equipped , if you want to cook , bring your own oil , salt etc. But overall good for the price .

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement très bien à tous points de vue. Ce logement est très propre, très bien agencé, très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié en particulier les volets roulants et les moustiquaires, le ventilateur au plafond de la chambre, le lave-linge. Il est de plus très bien situé par rapport au tramway, aux bus et aux trains. Enfin, comme indiqué, c’est effectivement la ville à la campagne, avec vue sur les montagnes, proche de Grenoble, de Chamrousse, … Nous reviendrons dans ce logement avec plaisir. Mention spéciale à l’équipe de Majordome qui gère ce logement de façon admirable et professionnelle.

Odeur et moustiques
L'accueil téléphonique ainsi que le suivi par mail était parfait. En revanche, une fois arrivé sur place, une odeur nauséabonde sortait de la bonde de douche et une trentaine de moustiques nous ont littéralement pris pour cible dès notre arrivée alors que nous y étions en plein hiver. Nous avons vaincu les moustiques avec une prise répulsive mais l'odeur n'a cessée d'exister pendant tout notre séjour. Les linges de lit et les serviettes étaient marqués de traces de rouille.

Séjour vacance à Giere
Merci pour l'accueil, tout le logement est vraiment propre, pratique et très bien. Nous avons rien à dire de négatif sur le séjour. Nous sommes venus avec notre chien et c'était très bien, très grand bout de jardin pour le chien, c'était parfait. Encore merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité par message.
