"We arrived at 4pm after a three hour car journey, it took them some time to find our booking, we were then told the room was not ready (despite check in said to be available from 12.30). After a further wait, with no offer of refreshment or apology, we were shown to a room which had no fridge and whose key had "been taken by the previous occupants". We complained firmly, and the key was produced within 5 minutes along with a fridge. Overall, there were difficulties communicating with the staff...

"Very welcoming and helpful staff, beautiful location (although quite a way off the main road), buildings and restaurant. Fabulous food at dinner and breakfast, very pleasant period feel to the bedroom. Temples at Selinunte an absolute must to visit"
