"I enjoyed my stay here. From the moment you enter the staff is amicable and help you with anything you need, e.g. taxi, bar, restaurant appointment. The room I got was on the ground floor and it had an area to go outside. The whole place was quiet and lovely. They also have bikes to rent and and an area to ride them alongside the river. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and one beside it, it is about 15 from the Venice airport but overall it was enjoyable. "

"Great room. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was not working. Thankfully could open the window (I get hot easily). Very easy to get to Venice taking the T1 Tram back and fourth. Not much dining around the hotel and no grocery store nearby. If you want anything in the room, bring it home during the day. "

"This place is very close to the airport in Venice. Cost $20 euro to book a shuttle for three of us. The hotel is nice and the restaurant had great food! However it does not open until 6:30pm for dinner. We struggled getting to it via public transit (bus). This took us about a 20 minute walk down a small winding road to get to it. We had a room on the 1st floor with a balcony which was beautiful. The beds were comfy and the shower nice and big. I would recommend this place. Know that the restaurant is the only food close by. "

"Hotel is slightly misleading, when you enter the lobby it seems to give that "expensive" feeling but entering the room it seems very opposite. We had found our door already openeded, there was an odd smell from the bathroom, our light had a humming noise after being turned on for five minutes or so, similar to being in a ER room and hearing equipment on. There was a hole in our room, looked like someone had yanked the phone socket off the wall. Price to room seemed okay though I wouldn't say it gives you a "nice feeling". (It seemed everywhere near this Hotel or around Venice hotels were very poor quality and this one was decent enough which I'd still agree with)."
