"Beautiful farm with a gorgeous view of Etna and the sea. Surrounded by citrus trees and access to a sparkling swimming pool. We were early in the season and the only guests and Vera and her family looked after us beautifully. We were greeted by their sweet, friendly dog, Lilli who is expecting puppies (!!!) and was the highlight of our visit. She is possibly the nicest dog I’ve ever met. Our room was beautiful, traditional and super clean. We had dinner there one night and it was delicious and they catered for my gluten free needs. I would say though, the village is not walkable in that you need a car as it’s not pedestrian friendly once you leave the farm and it felt difficult to find anywhere to have dinner. But the farm itself was fantastic, relaxing and beautiful. Everyone there was friendly, welcoming and warm. Really recommend. "

"Beautiful property. Rooms. Breakfast was amazing. The dinner was a little too fine dining for us and it’s a remote hotel so sort of the only option. Wish the pool was heated. "

"Excellent small hotel with superb friendly and helpful staff, fantastic well maintained grounds and stunning view of Etna from the pool. Its clear they show pride in their hotel and this is reflected in everything about your stay. Would say a car is essential to het best of stay, although about 30 min walk to local train station which had good and regular connections to some of the local main tourist towns and airport. "
