"Beautiful farm with a gorgeous view of Etna and the sea. Surrounded by citrus trees and access to a sparkling swimming pool. We were early in the season and the only guests and Vera and her family looked after us beautifully. We were greeted by their sweet, friendly dog, Lilli who is expecting puppies (!!!) and was the highlight of our visit. She is possibly the nicest dog I’ve ever met. "Loved the view of Mt Etna especially during eruptions! Staff very helpful, breakfast was fine - but go down early if you want the full choice, pool was great. Limited options at pool bar, but plenty of sunbeds (never a towel scramble as you get in some places!) Decent size room and good shower."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Parkanlage zwischen Weinreben, Zitronen/Olivenplantagen. Der Pool war sauber und sehr stylish. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wie in einem alten Herrenhaus, sehr authentisch. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war ein Highlight mit Blick auf‘s Meer auf der einen Seite. Die andere Seite mit Blick auf den Ätna. Sehr gute Lage zu Ausflügen nach Taormina, Ätna und Syrakus."

"When we arrived at the gate we could not get in.so I phoned the owner who could not speak any English and was unable to communicate with me. I tried to get entry but she would not open the gate or let me in. I had to then go and find another place to stay that night at a lot of extra cost."

"My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."
