Luisa's House in Residence Paradise

Comfortable attic apartment, 100 meters from the beach, on Recanati Square in Giardini Naxos. Equipped with two large terraces, one with panoramic views over the Etna and the other with sea view and Taormina. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a large living room. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with washing machine, flat screen TV, electric oven and other small appliances. All kitchen utensils and linens are provided (linens and towels). Possibility to take advantage of the condo pool, in July and August, of Olympic size with lifeguard service at scheduled times. The location of the house is excellent for its close proximity to various entertainment services (restaurants, lido, bars, supermarket and various shops). A 30-meter bus stop with connections to Taormina, Isola Bella, Catania and Airport.

Fantastic apartment
Absolutely fantastic apartment, nothing was to much trouble for the host, would definately recomended the property, great location, views from both terraces were amazing, apartment was equipped with everything, i couldnt think of anything that the host hadn't thought about

Great apartment with fabulous views
Just returned from a 2 week family holiday in Sicily with a 13 and 10 year old. We all loved this beautiful top-floor flat in a quiet block offering so much more than expected. Two full-sized balconies have views to Taormina to the East and Etna to the West taking advantage of the morning and evening light and heat! Our host generously kitted out the Residence with much of what we needed for our stay. We were grateful for the well- appointed kitchen which allowed us to eat in whenever we wished. Locally there are lovely shops and restaurants and the nearest public beach is just a short walk away. Conveniently situated by the bus terminus we were able to stay without car hire and it was convenient for longer trips away as well as days out to local sites and beaches. The communal pool was large and deep and was open with a lifeguard for two periods during the day. Communication with the hosts thoughout was exceptional giving us much appreciated confidence and they were also on hand with suggestions of local places of interest to enhance our first trip to Sicily. We wouldn't hesitate to return if we are back in in the area. Thank you Luisa for making it such a fantastic holiday

Wat een heerlijk appartement om te verblijven! Het appartement is zeer compleet uitgerust, zelfs wat lekkers voor het ontbijt lag klaar. Het appartement beschikt over twee zeer ruime terrassen, met beiden zeer mooi uitzicht. Op loopafstand zijn leuke restaurants en een supermarkt. Het vrije strand ligt op nog geen 5 minuten lopen en de boulevard met diverse strandtenten met ligbeddenverhuur op circa 10 minuten lopen. Parkeren van de huurauto kon gratis op straat voor de deur. Zonodig is er ook een bushalte op de hoek van de straat.

Hi Is a very nice place with living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms 2 balconies with great views to the volcano Etna and to the sea. The host had even put food and drinks in the fridge

La posizione è ideale Il mare a 300m, piscina ai piedi del residence. Sarai accolto in un bellissimo appartamento completamente attrezzato e pronto da servire (bevande fredde, capsule di caffè, marmellata, ...) Nota, il parcheggio sta pagando intorno alle residenze. In caso di domande (malattia, ristorante, ...) i proprietari ti consiglieranno saggiamente Consiglio vivamente. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx L'emplacement est idéal. La mer à 300m, piscine au pied de la résidence. Vous serez accueilli dans un très bel appartement tout équipé et prêt a servir (boissons fraiches, capsule de café, confiture, ...) A noter, le parking est payant autour de la résidences. En cas de question,(maladie, restaurant, ...) les propriétaires vous conseilleront judicieusement Je recommande fortement. Damien

Super lejlighed
Hej, lejligheden er meget bedre end det ser ud til på billederne. Der er super udsigt fra de to terrasser (på den ene terasse udsigt til Etna - den anden til landskab/by/havet - den er primær terasse). Udlejer bruger selv lejligheden som 2. hjem, så der er alt i udstyr. Lejlighedkomplekset er primært af Italienske beboere. Poolen var ren - havde åben 2 gange pr. dag - med livredder - man skulle bruge badehætte - vi efterlod 4 stk. i lejligheden. Lejligheden ligger 5 min. gågang fra stranden, som er god (den bedste vi prøvede i Sicilien) - gode restauranter få meter fra lejligheden. Vi lejede en parkeringsplads 300-400 meter fra lejligheden - på samme vej (kaldet Green Parking) - listepris var Euro 5 pr. dag - vi aftalte Euro 4 pr. dag for de 2 uger - og så fik vi en nøgle til porten, så vi ikke hente og aflevere bilen 24x7, og her stod bilen god og sikkert (sikkert for Italienske buler :-)). Paret der ejer stedet er super søde og hjælpsomme.
