Very out dated hotel now way is this a 4 star hotel they said there is wi fi but never worked the room had a strange smell in it when we arrived worked out it was the bed throw. No breakfast at all i mean not wven coffee. The show was so small that u could not even shower right without banging in to the door the toilet was not up to standard for a 4 star and i should know thia i have worked at a 4 star hotel for 3yrs no water in the fridge and there was mould in the shower and the fridge the pool was ok

Very old hotel, next to a very busy street, beds are too old to be comfortable, no hot water, no service (not even water in the fridge), painting are falling apart, pool with weird opening hours …… Good points: huge room, parking on site & free and in front of a great pastry

Nice Hotel on the edge of Giardini Naxos - reception staff extremely helpful and the price was very good - it is in need of modernisation but overall the location and facilities suited our needs

Stayed here a night at the Opera in the Greek Theatre in Toarmina - The Location was easy to find the welcome and receptionists where lovely and helpful. The Hotel was great if a little dated 80's so could do with a refresh. Breakfast was good - Would I stay here again YES so that say's it all

Pics are deceiving
We booked this hotel based on the pictures on the website. They are totally off. The place I run down. The rooms were muggy and smelly. They closed the pool at 1700. Our safe in our room did not have a battery. Requested one and was given attitude and no one ever showed up. There are nicer places for around the same price. Not worth the money even at a discount

Tired understaffed hotel in rundown district
What staff there were tried very hard but there were not enought to provide the required service. The area around the hotel is rundown and the hotel has seen better days. It is really only used for tour group stopovers except in July August so there is no entertainment and little life. The pool had been abandoned at least tow or three weeks earlier and was turning green so I had no alternative but to go 3km to the nearest beach which was excellent. If all you want is a place to sleep and tour from then OK but for a holiday not up to expectations.

Ho pernottato una notte mi hanno dato una camera quadrupla con vasca idromassaggio, la camera era ben pulita e ordinata con tutti i confort di una suite e un balconcino vista piscina siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti sicuramente rifarò questa scelta

A fuire..... Je n'arrives pas a croire que cette établissement est 4 étoiles. Nen mérite pas 2 Piscine fermée. Solarium inexistant. Ascenseur en panne. Salle de bains minuscule avec douche délabrée et une odeur épouvantable. Télévision de la même dimension qu'un pc portable. Pas de bouteille d'eau. Et pour finir le restaurant est fermée et il n'y à pas de petit déjeuner....
