"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

"The hotel was ok. Pool was dirty and the restaurant was bad. They didn’t have anything, even coffee? No breakfast like they advertise. We had to walk around for breakfast and there was literally nothing around. "

"Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Apartemen 3 kamarnya sangat luas dng kmr mandi dalam di setiap kamar. Dapur yg dilengkapi kulkas, kompor listrik, oven, microwave dan dispenser air. Berada di lingkungan yg tenang. Cocok utk keluarga dan rombongan yg tidak suka suasana ramai. Kekurangannya hotel ini terlihat kurang terawat, out of date, sayang sekali krn hotelnya cukup besar.
