"The service at the Oriental Jade is impeccable. The room was not luxurious but very well appointed. I would without a doubt stay at this hotel for the service alone. The front desk, food servers, and doorman were all AMAZING! They walked us out to the car with a gift at the end of our stay and did everything they could to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. "

"We had an amazing stay at Le Chateau. The staff were amazing, they were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. It was my birthday during our stay and they decorated my room and gave me a birthday cake. Lana was wonderful, organised our trips and gave us many recommendations. The location was very convenient and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here."

"After a smooth airport pick up arranged by Meritel, we were greeted with tea and cold towels in the beautiful French Colonial boutique hotel in the heart of old town Hanoi. Judy and Katy at the front desk were always helpful, arranging tours, making excellent dining and shopping suggestions and basically seeing to all our needs. "We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. The spa treatments were all priced but much higher end and luxury facilities compared to what I have seen in Hanoi. Gym very new and has daily classes (spin, pilates). We did a sound bath meditation in the beautiful meditation hall. The staff were so helpful and friendly despite the language barrier, they made sure we had a lovely stay. "

"Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. "
