"I did not know that breakfast area is open for summer only. So, we were given simple breakfast like jam, muffin, yogurts in the room. The stay was chosen because we were on the way from Pisa to Southern Tuscany so we needed 1 night stay. The staff were very friendly."

"The hotel is classic Italian with modern upgrades. Very friendly and accommodating staff in a garden setting with a pool. Walking distance to the hot springs. Very warm weather during the visit and the in room air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Cooler nights allowed the windows to be open with the relaxing sounds of nature."

"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"Montespertoli did not disappoint. This home is very well located to enjoy a small town and have easy access to other small towns, as well as Florence and Lucca-two of our favorites. Wine tasting, gelato, bakery, groceries, post office all within a short walk. The listing was accurate and our family of six had plenty of room to be together or find a quiet space. Great location. Comfortable and clean.

"A comfortable, clean room in a great location. The shower was the only thing not so comfortable. Very small and a rain shower straight down or a powerful wand shower which was difficult to manoeuvre in the small space. But, lots of hot water was good. "
