"Wonderful staff and the best breakfast we experienced at this price point in the whole of our Sardinia holiday. On booking in we were upgraded to a suite (probably to accommodate the many motorcycle and pedal cycle group tours that use the property). The suite was overly large for 2 people, was musty smelling, very dark and overlooked the road with no pleasant view. "Lovely situation, overlooking the river and with restaurants and shops in the street just behind. Staff were not very friendly - reception was very businesslike and the cleaner complained at 9.10am that we were still in the room and would not be able to come back later to clean the room! Staff at breakfast were very slow to respond to our requests. No parking outside on a busy street, so we had to drop our bags off and look for parking elsewhere, which worked reasonably well. "A modern, thoughtfully designed property on a hilltop overlooking Nuoro. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful with a small problem that I had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. One issue that we found everywhere in Sardinia is that the rooms don't have enough electrical outlets, making it a bit of a hassle to charge personal devices. "Not a four star hotel. Pictures suggest enchanting luxury hotel set in a beach location but reality is starkly different. Room was clean but small, no tea/coffee facilities, television reception poor and monitor was desktop size, mattress was foam (very uncomfortable), aircon poor and shower door damaged."
