"Be sure to follow host's directions instead of GPS to avoid a one lane road. The small kitchen/living area does not have much seating, and one of the bathrooms is tiny, but was a much nicer space for 6 adults than a hotel for one night. The decor and homey touches, such as the mini cokes and brownies our host left were appreciated. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for a quick load of laundry. "House is located right next to the river. Very peaceful place with excellent views of the river and mountains. What we liked House was clean. Kitchen has good quality utensils and plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Nice front porch and couple of sun rooms. Communication with property manager was excellent. Almost real time. Things to be aware of 1. Taller/bigger guests may find the place somewhat uncomfortable. 2. There is well water. So water and house smells of sulphur 3. Short...

"My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay.
