"The staff was incredibly helpful at this lovely hotel... lending us a wheelchair when my aunt's knee went out. Breakfast buffet was superior. Their beach club restaurant across the street is quite nice and one of only a handful of eateries on the beach."

"Casa Lila is a simply beautiful 300 year old riad, within the walls of the medina, an easy walk to everywhere in Essaouira. The people who work there are warm, lovely and welcoming- they are so helpful, and they love their city. We had a wonderful stay."

"First of all, we were supposed to stay at the Riad , once we got there, we were told that the room we reserved they are doing construction on it , we were given an apartment outside of the Riad in a scary neighborhood, the apartment sheets , blankets and pillows so stinky! When we ask the lady that we don’t want to stay here , she simply responds with you can cancel if you want, on the top of that , they asked us to pay fee that it’s called a property taxes cash , which it’s already paid in the beginning that I have it in the confirmation invoice! They are scammers, not honest, they zero customer service ( not recommended at all ) "
