The living area is furnished with large comfortable sofas, a picture window seat and flat-screen TV which flows to a dining area which comfortably seats eight. The open plan area extends into a full kitchen which is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
From the dining room, French windows lead out onto a sun-soaked private terrace and a large infinity pool with stunning views of the countryside and the spectacular Ta’pinu Shrine. The terrace is equipped with a charcoal grill and gazebo, with a large dining table seating ten, perfect for a family dinner. Poolside you will find four sun loungers, gaze at the view or read a book while you soak in the sun. This property also features a stunning courtyard, a private area equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for some quiet time.

Location
Ghasri is the smallest village in Gozo. In the village lies a small-town square featuring traditional shops and a charming little chapel and a small supermarket. From the holiday home itself, and a quick seven-minute walk away you can see the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta’pinu. Ghasri also is home to the Ta’ Gurdan Lighthouse, a thirty-minute early morning hike that takes you to the highest point in the region, showcasing spectacular views over the Valley below and the island of Gozo. Wied il-Ghasri lies at the end of Ghasri valley, known for its secluded beach 300m away from the sea. The sea is only accessible via a narrow cove with high cliffs on both sides. A little further you will find Reqqa point, famous for its underwater diving and salt pans.
The island of Gozo can be conveniently travelled by car and public transport. Historical tours, treks and water sports can be conveniently booked and reached anywhere on the island Victoria the capital of Gozo is a convenient 10-minute car journey, here you’ll find many bars and restaurants as well as the famous Citadel. Victoria has many museums and tours dedicated to the history of Gozo and Malta. Mgarr Harbour is 15mins away by car, home to the ferry terminal, with frequent ferries for the 25 min crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta with accessible public transport and highway connections to the international airport.
The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny climate with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. The Summers are hot, dry, and very sunny. The remarkably mild winters with piercing blue skies make it ideal for long rambles in the lush and verdant countryside.
Malta has an amazing cultural heritage with 7000 years of history, the clearest water in the Mediterranean (snorkelling and diving world spot), walking/trekking tours, Land and water sports and lots of restaurants, bars and festivals.
