A stunning semi-detached villa with private pool, amazing country & sea views, free air-conditioning & underfloor heating.

Entrance into a welcoming hall, leading straight into the living area which oozes natural light all year round. Connected to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, with comfortable practical furniture.

Air-conditioning throughout, makes for an easy to manage self-catering holiday. At the back of the property a good sized private pool with a large patio, complete with sun decks and a BBQ. Which all overlooks miles of uninterrupted undulating valleys whilst also being spoilt by the most spectacular sunsets.

Elegantly furnished, in neutral colours and with understated lighting, the first floor consists of three bedrooms. Which are all designed to complement the peaceful and laid back ambiance of the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms have the luxury of ensuite facilities.

We spoil our visitors also in winter, as besides the inbuilt fireplace, the property enjoys underfloor heating throughout both floors included in price Mid october to end of May. This allows for a perfect romantic break even during the mild Gozo winters, with its green terraced hills and long sunny periods. Gozo is never more beautiful.

For the fitness minded the property also enjoys the additional facilities of a communal mini-gym and sauna making the property perfect for most preferences.

Additional services:

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.

Air-condition for summer months is included in price.

Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:

Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Ghasri is the smallest village in Gozo and probably the most quiet. It is situated in the north west part of the island. Ramla beach is just 7 km away. The closest Restaurant is Ta' Salvina and is less than 1 km away from property.

The city of Victoria is 3.5 km from property and here you can enjoy the rich history from the knights time while unwinding yourself in one of the coffee shops you can find here. Bus 308 connects the village with Victoria, 3 km away. From Victoria, it is a 15-minute ride on bus 301 to reach Mgarr ferry terminal.

A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:

€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool

This amount is needed to cover for the following:

Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.

This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

Lovely villa too much out of the way
Loved the pool, the privacy the accommodation was superb apart from air con broke down last wkend of break and had to change rooms. The locals are so friendly and when no bus arrived the locals arranged a lift to local feast and thoroughly thought this was really out of the way for them. So friendly and obliging. Too much out of the way regarding restaurants and supermarkets. Not enough towels per couple as 8 days without change even though their was a washing machine. Considering the distance to amenities it is fairly out of the way unless you rent a vehicle. Slightly, basic for area. Villa lovely, cleanliness ok, could do with maid service twice per week. Should be non smoking as some cupboards were smelling of old tobacco. Villa Hamlet 2 was noisy with 2 dogs barking, and even though it does state too much noise is not permitted there was nothing Baron could do about the noise. A courtesy car would be advantages considering the distance to local amenities. Bus is regular on occasions but check with feasts in area. Having a receptionist outside the accommodation would be most advantageous, even if it's for a couple of hours per day. Arranging transfers, arranging tours would be totally life changing in that area.

Lovely property, wonderful outlook to sea BUT.....
This is a lovely property without doubt, but there are issues to consider. Firstly, there were a few maintenance issues: lounge furniture grubby and worn, hot water temperature inadequate on arrival, fixed within 2 days, but reoccurred for final 3 days; iron broken and iron board cover worn through (both very quickly replaced). Secondly, the communal gym is below the ground floor of this property and you are likely to hear the thumping of gym equipment in use and shouts/grunts or music of users. We experienced loud music coming through the walls from next door; this was turned down once they finally heard our knocking on their front door! The property 2 along was occupied by a group of college-age people who played music, shouted, sang and were generally inconsiderate to others in neighbouring properties; fortunately they left after about 3 days. So, if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed stay at this property you may not get it. The pool was very clean and well maintained and the water was still warm enough in final 2 weeks of September to enjoy more than just a quick plunge. There were several good restaurants within a few minutes’ drive, or you could walk if you prefer. The location is very convenient to anywhere on the island, nowhere is very far away.
