"This is really a beautiful hotel and had the best service that we experienced from any other 5-star hotel in India. We found everyone super professional and helpful and everyone spoke good English (we are from US). The restaurant was good and had a very wide range of food options including both Indian and non-Indian. We were able to book excellent laundry service, as well as order a private car to take as to Agra (Taj Mahal). Also, at the spa, best massage ever. "

"It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. The rooms are spacious and surrounded by plants and trees. The view from the room and the restaurant is quite natural and the vibe is very relaxing. I want to extend special Thanks to Urmila who personally reached out to us to take extra care. Even the staff at Shamiyana, the chef took extra care by recommending the best dishes and taking genuine feedback from the guests. Taj Hotels always exceed the bars they have set previously. I can't wait to come back again and enjoy the newly built Villas and the fabulous touch they are giving to this resort, Thank you again"

"The service from staff was very good, commendable and accommodating when I asked to be changed from my room to another one. The food offered during breakfast was good, but I think the chef or cook could reduce the spiciness for the Western palate as not everyone is used to chilli spice hot tastes. Adding chilli sauce to a dish individually is easier than removing it from a dish cooked with chillies. My stay was good, and the hotel's positioning was great. It was easy to access shops. Calling an Uber service from the hotel was easy. "

"I really liked the area in which it is built. As of today, the area has lot of open area and an awesome view of the setting sun. With close proximity to the newly opened Dwarka Expressway it is only going to get better. The property is nearby to many DLF properties and that shows that this property ia surrounded by prominent folks."

"Stayed for two nights at this family owned hotel that is close to the Taj Mahal. It's in the middle of Agra, so you'll hear the sounds of the city 24/7, but it is located a block from a main street so not as noisy as other nearby hotels. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and you have access to sit and relax on the rooftop which was decorated nicely. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner that is cooked by the family. You sit on the balcony with the other guests and socialize while eating. All of the guests during my stay were mainly from Europe and pleasant to talk to. The hotel also offer transportation and tour guide services. I signed up for a Tuk Tuk driver named Baloo and a tour guide named Adil to take us to the Taj and Agra fort for a day. When you get to the Taj, expect to be mobbed by men offering to be your photographer. I refused them and Adir took our photographs for us instead, did a wonderful job I might add. If I ever made my way through Agra again, I would definitely book this hotel again."
