We would give this hotel/resort the highest recommendation and we considered changing our itinerary to stay there longer. "

"The facility is modern and up-to-date. Within a block or two of several excellent restaurants (in addition to the very good dining on site). The staff is friendly and accommodating. In particular we want to acknowledge Amisha at the front desk and Swide in the dining area. And one of the managers, Rajendra, gave us a lot of his time and told us a great deal about the religious culture. We definitely recommend the hotel - it is located on street 16B just off the main road that parallels the lake."

"I used Bar Peepal Resort as a base before and after a three-day trek to Mardi Himal viewpoint, without any expectations beyond being a place to stay.
