"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"It is quite a charming hotel..It has a very warm atmosphere The reception was excellent. The receptionist gave us information about the hotel and the city. It was a great welcome. The hotel has no laundry service. That is the only inconvenience I found but I can manage. I highly recommend this hotel. It has an excellent dining room with great menu."

"The hotel was fine and good value for money apart from the receptionist parking her car in the handicapped/disabled car space which I vacated to take my daughter to the rail station at 5:15 am and returned at 6:00 am. I note that she did not move her vehicle although I asked whos car it was and she proudly said that it was hers."

"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. But what I did not like was that rooms are not sound proofed, so we could hear steps, voices and yes, in France, passionate "affection" from the neighbours in the room above us. "This hotel room was amazing, excellent view of the cathedral, lovely furnishings and super quiet. Has a kettle and cups for making tea. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Just one thing, our rooms air con/heating, had a weird loud intermittent buzz sometimes, especially noticeable at night. But overall a marvellous place to stay."

"Used this hotel for a stop off driving from italy. Great little hotel, right off the motorway so easy to get to, reasonable resturant and a pool for a refreshing dip after a very long drive. Nice clean and comfortable room too. "

"The house was difficult too find as it is surronded by large apartment blocks and the highway. The area surronding the house and outdoor furniture were not in keeping with the clean condition found inside of the residence. Only one toilet can be used which is within a small bathroom. A walk to the city center would be most difficult."

"Our group of 15 families with kids really enjoyed the house over the weekend we spent here. The property has character with its interesting decorations and old furniture. It is well maintained though, and we found it comfortable. There are 4 separate double bedrooms and 1 more large attic space that can sleep 6 more. "I am a blue customer of Expedia and have many experiences with HotelF1. Last year it was a good choice but in all my reservations i saw that the room is not clean. The mattress and the blanket had always dirty stain. I am not going to reserve nothing with this hotel. Another problem; They didn't send me the reservation code and the automated machine could not approve my codes. Because they didn't provide me the proforma invoice. So, i stayed out more than one hour, i called the property with the numbers on the reservation ans called the Expedia people but no one responded. Finally at 17:20 p.m arrived the reseption person and finally after one hour I could able to do a check in. Even she was agree that the reservation code didn't exist for me. As a blue client of Expedis I didn't expect this. "

"I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain. I wish we had been informed of this situation before we arrived in order to weight our options or not. But besides that the receptionist was very nice and helpful to us during our stay."
