"It is a case of you get what you paid for. The breakfast was lousy. The shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. The balcony was big and a great surprise. It did not feel like a hostel but more like a hotel.. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning turned off when we left the room, not a major issue. Overall if you are on a limited budget it is worth looking into this place. It was in a great location."

"The description said there was breakfast, private bathroom, kitchen, free water, and no curfew. None of this was provided or was true. They locked the gate at night and we were locked in till 9 am. This is a major fire safety hazard. The common area was being used as a restaurant. Guests were made to feel we were nuisance. I spoke with other guests that felt that the same way. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. "

Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep.
