Charming, newly renovated 3 story home located in the heart of downtown, historic Gettysburg. Lincoln Square, Lincoln Train Station, local shops, many restaurants, Majestic Theater, Gettysburg College are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Our home offers comfortable sitting areas with smart TVs, on all three levels, providing plenty of areas for relaxing. Our third level sitting area has a game table for games of chess, checkers, backgammon, cards and games. We have an original claw foot soaking tub to enjoy after a day spent touring the Gettysburg Battlefields. No worries, the tub also is equipped with 2 shower heads.

We have a lovely front porch with rockers and a quaint, shaded sitting area out back. This sweet home boasts of many cozy areas to congregate and the eat in kitchen is no exception. The kitchen table can seat 8. Our kitchen is newly equipped with a gas range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender and plate/ cup service for 12.

Free high speed internet and basic cable are provided. We also have an assortment of teas and coffees for your enjoyment as well as a DeLonghi coffee system for our coffee connoisseurs, along with a coffee grinder to make the most perfect cup of Joe. No worries, if a more simple coffee or tea is preferred .. a Keurig is also available. We offer a keyless entry system into our home for easy access to come and go as you please. For your convenience, we offer 2 complimentary parking spaces on the 1st floor of the covered parking garage, literally just a few steps away from the house.

Our home has been fully approved by the Borough of Gettysburg and is ADA compliant, having a first floor ADA accessible outdoor ramp, full bath and first floor bedroom.

Our home is directly across the street from the well known civil war monument, located next to the Gettysburg Fire Department.

We ask that respectful noise levels be observed after 10:00pm, so as not to disturb neighbors.

Remembrance Weekend
Amazing location with a easy walk to all over town. Pete and Tina had great communication and provided us everything we needed (and more). We had the best time and loved where we stayed!!

Tina and Pete are wonderful hosts and their home is stunning! Great location, easy parking, EXTREMELY clean, they even left us a welcome gift and card. We had an amazing time. The beds, linens, and towels were super soft and cozy. We will absolutely be booking here again for our annual trip!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home, extremely clean and attractive, we had 4 couples and it was perfect! Very convenient to the center of town, we walked to breakfast in the mornings. Owners left a box of delicious fresh pastries and ass’t waters in fridge. Great experience.

Amazing Home in the Heart of Gettysburg
My family simply could not have asked for a better experience than what we had at Pete and Tina's home. The location is steps away from downtown and the parking garage is super convenient. The home itself was exactly as described, immaculate, and it offered everything we could have needed and more! Pete and Tina are so easy to communicate with, and they went out of their way to help make our weekend stay an amazing experience. Next time we visit, this will be the first place we look to stay!

We rented this house for a family vacation... including grandparents and kids. The house is in a perfect location. Very close walking distance to many restaurants & shops(1-3 blocks) and maybe a 10 minute walk to many museums and tours. So many extra amneties included in this rental; Pete & Tina thought of everything. This was the best rental experience we've had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Codori Place had lots of extras (bottled water, coffee, pastries, etc.) plus very comfy beds and stylish furnishings. The location was perfect for walking into downtown Gettysburg. Shall I return to Gettysburg, I will definitely stay here again!

This place is fantastic! First class accommodation. Everything is quality. Pete and Tina supply you with everything a guest could need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Wonderful and very convenient
Pete and Tina's place is perfection. Very well appointed, appreciated the welcome, and the rooms are all very comfortable. Pleasant Surprise
This was the fourth vacation home we have stayed at in Gettysburg and hands down the best from the very start. Pete and Tina are excellent hosts. The communication with the hosts was timely, informative, and overall excellent. Ease of check-in was greatly appreciated giving an access code easily remembered. The box of Panera pastries, fully stocked coffee bar, and selection of drinks in the frig gave us a well needed break upon arrival. And for years I have wondered why hosts had renters do so much clean up at the end of your stay when you pay a cleaning fee…not here, simply strip the beds you used and place sheets and towels in the bathrooms! Now that is a vacation! We plan on staying here each year that it is available for our annual family get together.

Great place for a family stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room to be able to relax. We really enjoyed the Gettysburg theme throughout the house. We felt the owners did an excellent job with the renovations in order to be able to accommodate people with disabilities. Having parking spaces in the parking garage was also a big help for us. Everything we needed to fix meals was provided, as well as a very nice selection of coffee. We had an excellent stay, and really enjoyed our family time together.

Pete and Tina are fantastic hosts, very responsive to any inquiries. The house is just off the square so easy walking distance to town. It’s an old house with all that charm but has been updated perfectly. We’ll be going back for sure!

Short Visit to Gettysburg
We stayed in Codori Place in July of 2024. The house was lovely and very comfortable (lots of comfy beds, a nice room to relax and watch TV at night, and really good AC to fight off the summer heat). It has a well-equipped kitchen, and the best coffee station we have ever seen in a VRBO (our 15-year-old daughter was particularly fond of the syrup selections to add to coffee). The location is great (on a quiet street but just minutes from the heart of town). We walked to everything in Gettysburg from the house. Pete and Tina were great hosts (they even left some baked goodies for us upon our arrival). Next time we are back in Gettysburg, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location
We loved the location. We were close to the center of town but it was far enough off the beaten path that it was peaceful. The house was well stocked and we felt welcome from the time we walked through the gate! We will definitely be back !!
