"Everything from check in to check out was excellent. The hotel is in a business area, so there isn’t much around it. There is a fee for parking, but it is in and out privileges. The self serve laundry was the only down side. It took several hours to dry one load of wash. The front desk receptionist was most helpful in all our requests and needs. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Nantes."

"It was all good, not excellent but good. I had a tough sleep the first night, thin mattress, but then i got used to it. I got most of my garbage out but that in the bin. I told them when checking out, they didn't like it. I say this: you do nothing for your clients, no towel changes, no bed change nothing. You can AT LEAST take that one small bin garbage out. "The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Our room was an "outside" room meaning it was not within the perimeter of the main hotel. Bed was very comfortable. On street parking availability was very challenging. To access the pool you have to pay an additional 20 euro per person which was a bit of a surprise."

"We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. We also didn't have any lights in the upstairs...
