"Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). Other big downside is the main pool area, while nice, is completely shaded by the surrounding trees, so it’s not a pool to lounge in the sun. No...
