"Great hotel. Staff were friendly, room modern, large and clean. Food, service and ambience in the restaurant also great. Only disappointment was the city. I was hoping for a bit more life and places to visit. But it was a Sunday so maybe lots of places were shut."

"I had an excellent stay at Rugs Hotel Augsburg. Due to a convention going on in Munich, and drastically upcharged hotel rooms, I decided to stay in Augsburg and commute to Munich by train on the days I wanted. The train was only 30 minutes from Augsburg to Munich. The Rugs Hotel is located right next to Augsburg HBF so it was easy to hop on and off of the train and walk to the hotel. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints."

"Ended up staying at this hotel at the recommendation of family. The holiday rate offers were very affordable, the breakfast buffet us phenomenal, and the entire staff is extremely friendly. We initially ooked for 3 nights and ended up staying 7. The game room with billiards and a kid size table tennis set up was a nice toich to keep kids occupied."
