"Wow! This beautiful home was breathtaking and truly exceeded our expectations. The house owners, Nina and Andy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and prepared for our weekend stay. They recommended local eateries and things to do and we even strayed away from our original plans to take their advice. I’m so glad we did! "Fantastic property. Very spacious and very modern in style. About 20min drive to city center. Supermarkets are nearby and also rail station. We did not use the rail from here but went into Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Highly recommend unless you want to be in the city center. Odessa provided good details and getting into the property."

"The pictures do not do this wonderful property justice. Its is a stunning 16th Century property updated with all the modern amenities. 10 of us stayed here with 4 kids and it was more than big enough. The water from the private spring is delicious, the rowing boat and diving board straight into the lake make the days fly by. We had great weather as well. Kids loved the small basketball court and the many toys and games available for them. The veiws from the veranda over the lake are amazing...

"Pretty much everything about this property was perfect. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of Salzburg for the Christmas markets, and to also see markets in some of the lake towns. We really loved it. It is a little far from Salzburg, though. It is a beautiful area of Austria and the cabin was the perfect size and comfort for our stay."

There is a reliable and inexpensive bus / transport system with a stop within 100 meters of the apartment. This takes you directly to the center of the city, to old town and to the train station. Uber and taxis are relatively cheap to and from the city center / old town too. There is a supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation, which we valued.
