"I paid for the same room as my friend but she got a tub and a bigger room, I got a smaller room and no tub. There is no spa in this place. In the colder months a spa and a massage service would be a great. "

"I was pleasantly surprised at how elevated and beautiful Hilton Lake Como is as a property. The views from the Restaurant and Terrace are absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again. Front Desk was amazing customer service. The food was actually very good. I ordered room service a few times and I ate at the restaurant on site which was delicious."

"Breathtaking views out of the surrounding windows as you had breakfast every morning. Wonderful cocktails made by the bar with comfortable seating areas to enjoy some relaxation time. All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing. "

"I love Villa Sassa! We extended our stay and we would stay here again. Love their Pilates schedule. Their breakfast is beyond…servers are amazing!! Pilates instructors and Zumba coaches are incredibly amazing. We love Ele, Sandra, Laura and everyone there!!! "

"My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The staff including the owner were fantastic. So nice and pleasant. The property is definitely a three star but I can confidently say they are working in it as we speak. The owners bought the property about one year ago and are continuing to upgrade it. "Best location on the lake. At the entrance. You can walk along the lake or Como centre. Staff very polite and room was comfortable. I recommend if you don’t want to drive to far on the lake as the route is very tight."

"The view from the rooftop terrace is wonderful. The apartment itself is great. It met all of our needs. The communication with the owners was easy, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The pictures accurately depict the apartment and the building. I highly recommend this apartment, and I would definitely stay here again."

"A great property with many nice amenities and hospitable staff! Fantastic breakfast with good gluten-free choices (was included in our stay) and inventive dining options on the property. Very near (walking distance) to Lugano train station and center of the city. Staff was great in explaining how to use Ticino transportation card (a great perk in the area, especially with the train station so close ) -- and then working with us on options when our flight was delayed on the last day. Strongly recommended when in Lugano! "
