"Thank you for a welcoming staff, large room, clean room and hotel, superbly located in Braga. Value for money very good. Several problems with my otherwise clean and very adequate room--Very few and hard to use power outlets for charging today's basic electronic equipment such as cell phones and lap tops. The A/C did not operate, but the staff, once notified, quickly put it in working order. I appreciated the response. The shower was not adjustable, so would spray out of the enclosure, soaking the floor. I asked for assistance, which was quickly provided, but the problem persisted. The only way to use the shower without flooding the bathroom was to remove the spray arm and use it as a sprayer for soaking and rinsing. The front desk staff was very, very friendly and responsive and did their best to help with this. I would stay there again and would recommend the hotel. "
