"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) Paige helped us with a misunderstanding over the swimming pool in the morning and we enjoyed a warm clean swim. The spa man was friendly. "Staff were nice and friendly, the room was a set up to high standard . There was also a hairdryer which was good because it rained the night before, so could dry clothes. Lift good ! Has lots of space around the hotel. Loads of rooms , the room was really good ! I would definitely stay again ! Thank you to the staff and everyone that make this hotel fantastic! Will come again sometime in the distant future ! "

"Two rooms booked and were different ends of hotel - one had sea view- one poor disappointing view. Rooms were good size and clean but very cold as radiators hardly came on. We were on fifth floor and water took a while to come through warm. Queue for reception as only one person on Limited bar choice but a good breakfast and staff were pleasant in all areas"
