"Fantastic location and wonderful property. Hot tub required wood for heating and took time to reach required temperatures. Sauna was outstanding and property well maintained. Security lights stayed on too late at night and landscape lights came on too late to enjoy the outside in the evening. Kristen was very responsive and Michael was very helpful with the walk around to help us feel comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience."

"Die Wohnung ist toll. Der Edeka ist in ca 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten zwar einen schönen Balkon, nur war er leider zu schmal, dass wir mit vier Leuten draußen essen konnten."

"Wir haben es von Anfang bis Ende genossen. Das Chalet ist komplett aus Holz und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Dazu die Infrarot-Sauna als Highlight nach einer langen Wanderung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage perfekt fürs Wandern und Spaziergänge am Königssee. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."

Location is a bit funny as window profile factory right across the street but absolutely no disturbance, but also house is 2 under 1 roof and thankfully neighbor was very quiet, also some sort of wood chipping operation under the floor (bonking noise at times). "The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. "Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner.
