Good stay with bad ending
All in all we had a pleased stay. The room was clean. It was small. The couch was also the bed. Nevertheless the bed slept pretty okay. There were some minor things. First, the room was advertised with a whirlpool bath, but this was not present. I didnt make a deal out of this considering that I didnt need this. Second the person checking me in and out spoke only French. This was communicated, but in the end resulted in problems. Third, it is quite annoying that you have to check in and out with someone. It feels unnecessary. There was little flexibility for the check in which meant I had to change my own holiday plans. But all was okay for this nice appartement in the center of Gerardmer. The problems started after the check out. All of a sudden I received an additional 30 euro fee for not cleaning the appartement and for not taking out the trash. I did clean the appartement and did take out the trash. The person renting this appartement told me I agreed to paying this cleaning fee, but that is not the case and to be frank just a lie. To me to it feels as if the person renting out this place is using my inability to converse with the person at the check out to her own advantage. After I contacted her and explained the situation she stopped communicating, which at best is childish. All in all this left me with a very bad after taste. I have stayed in 10 different apartments and guest houses during my last holiday. None of them screwed me over like this. Very disappointing.

Accueil professionnel et chaleureux, appartement parfait pour 2 personnes, très joli et bien équipé, calme. Belle résidence. Terasse avec vue nature. Departs de randonnées sans voiture. Supermarché à 4 minutes. Proximité du lac et des commerces. Bref tout pour un séjour très agréable. Cela nous donne envie de revenir.

Excellent appartement
La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante. L'appartement est très bien situé (centre-ville et lac à proximité, à quelques minutes à pied). Il est très bien agencé. On y trouve tout ce qu'il faut. La terrasse est un grand plus.

Nous avons passer un Agréable séjour dans une résidence calme dans votre studio avec pleine de charmes et tout a disposition sauf un petit four serais pas de refus tout à proximité le centre ville la station de ski et la petite brasserie du lac a recommander ou nous avons très bien manger les propriétaires sont toujours a disposition et à l'écoute sur n'importe quelle renseignements cordialement .

Super séjour
Studio neuf, idéalement placé dans le centre de Gérardmer à proximité de tout,des boutiques à pied à la station de ski et du lac à 5' en voiture. Accueil par les gérants formidable. Le studio est aussi équipé à neuf. En prenant ce studio vous avez juste à penser aux activités que vous allez faire car il est vraiment bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable.
