"This home was well maintained and spotless - the pool was lovely and the kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space! Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! While there is air conditioning, it is limited to 24c (75 degrees) and gets quite warm at night. "Six of us stayed in this house.The eleven year old enjoyed the visiting felines who politely waited to be fed. The three upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the fourth downstairs adequate. Spectacular view although somewhat nerve racking for some of us to get to our destination. We enjoyed our visits to the local taverna and were treated one evening to enthusiastic Greek dancIng by one of the locals. I would recommend more comfortable getting sofas in the main area. "We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect place for our group. The property is beautiful and allowed for a wonder view of the sunset. The property manager was very kind. There were a few beers and a fresh bowl of fruit for us to enjoy when we arrived. The location was perfect and with a gated property felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property for anyone traveling to this area."
