Beauty on the lake!
Beautiful home right on the lake!! Loved fishing right in the backyard and taking the kayaks out! Very clean and comfortable! (Also, each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our group.)

Large Georgetown house!
The house was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location to many great ski mountains. Walking distance to town and minutes to the local brewery! Georgetown has some great local shops with art and antiques. The restaurants were very good also! We look forward to staying there next year.

Mountain lake house
Large house , lots of master suites on three levels. Plenty of space for a large family to congregate and play, yet enjoy very nice private space also. Beautiful views from every window!

Our group was at home in this spacious lakeside home. The views of the lake and mountains were amazing. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Plenty of room for us to set and relax, and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This home is extremely high end. Plenty of bedrooms and many bathrooms. Everything worked and there where plenty of Fridges for a larger party like the wedding we had over one weekend. Owners where easy to work with and very friendly.

Pretty cabin, lot s of room for friends. There were lots of rules for the property (not allowed to use bedding on the beds, etc) so hopefully we followed them all. Thanks for the stay

Excellent house for a family of all ages. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Excellent appliances. Kids used kayaks and caught trout right off the back yard. We would stay there again if we returned to Georgetown.

Family reunion
Fantastic house for a family reunion. We had the best time enjoying the Colorado scenery. Many activities close by for all ages. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Don answered all of my messages immediately. We had a wonderful time.

Family Reunion Getaway
This place was perfect for our family reunion getaway. It was large enough for all of us to have our own space. Kitchen well stocked with the right equipment and a good size for all our cooking needs. The garage was a fun place for all of us to hang out and play games. Marcia was very accommodating and a great host. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous!
Beautiful home! We had a large group of family from ages of 1 to 85 and the accommodation we perfect for everyone. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together, or to be able to have some alone time. The house was very clean and in good repair. Don was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. I look forward to another visit!

New Year Family Ski
Upon arrival, the house was clean, warm and welcoming! Perfectly suited for our large family! Marcia was so kind to text me and assure me I could call or text any questions or concerns. It was a super cold week with great skiing for everyone. The lake below the house was frozen - beautiful!

Spacious home for large family
Overall the stay was good. The home was able to accommodate our family of 12. It is located in an area that was within close proximity of the activities we were interested in during our stay. White water rafting, Denver and great restaurants just a close drive away. The lake was nice, kayaks at the home allowed us to spend time there as well. The grill is charcoal so we had re-learn how to cook that way! The home is located very near the interstate so that created a lot of road noise at all times so didn’t feel quite as serene as would have been nice considering our surroundings. The owner of the property was available for questions as they arose. We enjoyed our trip and made new family memories!

Amazing House with an Equally Amazing Location
The house was amazing and easily accommodated our 4 couples and 7 children. Beds were outstanding and all the linens were in excellent condition. When we arrived we met the owner and were welcomed as family, the pictures do not do the house justice. 15 minutes from Loveland Ski Resort, 45 minutes from Winter Park, and 10 Seconds from Ice Skating on the frozen lake. The town of Georgetown had everything we needed but only a 20 minute drive brought us to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back! If your kids are into sledding and the tubing spots in Winter Park are booked up, grab some sleds from the local Safeway and find a hill in one of the numerous areas located in parks around the area, it seemed to be the highlight of everyone's trip.

Wonderful Home, even better location!!!
This home is more than we had pictured. All of the rooms are extremely large but still cozy. It gives off the mountain vibes with mtn modern decor. There was so much room for indoor and outdoor comforts, whatever each person wanted to do. With three full size refrigerators your large family gathering will have no problem doing their shopping in town and storing it for a week. Being right on the it allowed for easy access to paddle board and kayak, with a nice lawn. The lawn is a perk as it is not common in the mountains! Would we recommend this property-heck yeah! Marcia and Donald were great to work with, very responsive and more than answered all of our questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful mtn home with us!!

Perfect Mountain Getaway for a Bug Group
We were a group of 11 women celebrating our 25th (!!!) college reunion together. The house was perfect - it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to be comfortable yet was cozy enough for us all to be together. The kitchen was well appointed and the views were gorgeous. Mountains on both sides and the lake right in front. It snowed pretty heavily the day of our arrival. The owner was gracious enough to let us in early so we wouldn’t all be driving in the snow after dark. She was incredibly accommodating and accessible. (Thanks Marcia!!) Honestly the snow added to the charm. We mostly spent our time relaxing in the house together but made an afternoon trip into historic Georgetown which was adorable. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a cozy getaway.
