We had reservations at the chop house for 7:30 . Waited in the lounge for our table for an hour and a half. We received no service for drinks and was refused service from the bar tender. Saying we had to wait for the waiter/waitress to come take our drink order. This never happened ! Finally got called up for our table. Which still took another 20 minutes to get seated. We proceeded to wait and wait. Again we never had a waiter/waitress come to even take our drink or appetizer order. We remained until about 10:00 pm with still no drinks. We did get a complementary cheese and bread appetizer. But still no drink order even being taken. We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday and certainly would have had a bill of over a thousand dollars with the bottle of wine we chose but never received. We understand that staffing is a huge issue. Maybe you should offer your staff better benefits and wages in order to attract and retain help .

The casino was nice and the room was nice. One of our 2 Bathrobes looked kinda dirty like it was dropped on the floor and had hair on it and was hung back up. The only other thing was the water in the spa smelt slightly musty/moldy after we turned the jets on. Would've liked it to be a bit better for the 519.00 room. Oh and the buffet wasn't all that great for the 60$ per person. Should have eaten at the restaurant instead.
